APC Group

An enterprise contractor operating in 4 countries needed a site that could serve all of them properly.

Enterprise industrial contractor migrated off WordPress. 4 countries, 3 languages, zero content lost.

  • Migration
  • Multilingual
  • Enterprise CMS
  • WordPress to Webflow

The brief behind the build.

Migrating from WordPress at enterprise scale is different from a small site migration. WordPress accumulates technical debt: plugins doing things they shouldn't, content structures from five years ago, duplicate pages, orphaned content. Everything had to be audited and restructured before touching Webflow.

The multilingual requirement meant all content had to be built with localisation in mind from day one, not retrofitted. All three language versions are structurally identical, which means every design decision works in English, Spanish, and Portuguese regardless of text length differences.

How we built it.

Explore the main parts of the build.

Full multilingual site: English, Spanish, Portuguese

Three complete language versions with Webflow's native localisation. All content, navigation, CTAs, and forms localised. Switching languages feels native. Each language version is independently indexable by Google.

Four industry pages: Equipment, Fabrication, Industrial, Agricultural

Dedicated industry landing pages with project photography, sector-specific copy, and relevant case examples. Each speaks directly to the decision-maker in that sector.

Interactive project map: 30+ locations across two continents

Custom-built geographic map showing all project locations by region. Geographic reach communicated at a glance.

Services section: four CMS-driven service pages

Strategic Planning, Expert Design, Reliable Equipment, and Precision Steel Fabrication: each with their own page. Structured as CMS collections so new services can be added without rebuilding the layout.

Partner application system: business development built in

A form for trade partner and subcontractor applications. Turns the website from a brochure into an active business development tool.

The decisions behind the website.

The details that shaped the finished build.

  1. 01

    Content audit

Cut, merge, and restructure before touching Webflow. Every page reviewed. Industries got a clean taxonomy: Equipment, Fabrication, Industrial, Agricultural. The new structure reflected how APC operates, not how their old WordPress theme happened to be set up.

  2. 02

    Localisation

Native Webflow localisation, not a plugin. Three complete language versions. All content, navigation, CTAs, and forms localised. Switching languages preserves the user's position on the page.

  3. 03

    Language switcher

Visible in the header: every page, every language. A Spanish or Portuguese-speaking visitor finds their language immediately, not buried in a menu.

  4. 04

    Safety record

121K hours: above the fold as a trust signal. In an industry where safety is a procurement requirement, this number belongs above the fold. It answers a compliance question before it's asked.

  5. 05

    Project map

Interactive map: 30+ locations across 4 countries. A buyer in Montana sees Missoula and Billings on the map. They immediately know APC operates in their region.

  6. 06

    Partner application

Form for trade partner applications: business development tool. Subcontractors can discover and apply to APC's network without a phone call.

What changed.

APC Group now has a site that can genuinely compete for enterprise contracts across four countries. The multilingual capability alone opens markets the old WordPress site couldn't serve. The internal team has full CMS control. New projects, new industries, new services can be added without a developer ticket.

For Megan McGeough, the marketing consultant who manages this account, it means her client has a platform she can present to APC's leadership with confidence.
