The short version.
Al Kasib uses the information you choose to share to understand your enquiry, reply to you and, if we work together, deliver the agreed services. We do not sell your personal information.
Project enquiries.
When you submit a form, we store your contact details and project context and send Al Kasib an email notification so we can respond. We save the enquiry before sending the notification, and retry delayed notifications. Optional fields may be left blank. Your enquiry is not added to an automated marketing list.
How information is used.
Enquiry details are used to respond, assess project fit, prepare a proposal and maintain relevant business correspondence. If a project begins, necessary information may also be used to manage and deliver the engagement.
Service providers and site data.
Hosting, storage and email delivery providers process enquiry details as needed to operate the forms and deliver messages to Al Kasib. Hosting services may also process routine technical data such as IP address, browser information and request logs for security and reliable delivery. Fonts are served with the website. Form submissions are used for business enquiries, not automated marketing.
Analytics cookies.
With your permission, we use Google Analytics to understand visits and how the website is used. Google processes website-use and technical information for this purpose and may store analytics cookies in your browser. The Google tag does not load until you accept analytics. Rejecting analytics does not affect the website or enquiry forms. Advertising personalization and Google signals are disabled in our website configuration. We do not add your enquiry message or contact details to analytics events.
Your analytics choice.
You can accept or reject analytics in the banner and change your choice through Cookie settings in the footer. Your choice is saved in this browser for up to 180 days using local storage. If your browser blocks storage, your choice may not be remembered. Rejecting after accepting stops this website's analytics, clears its Google Analytics cookies and reloads the page. Information already sent to Google is not erased by changing this setting.
Retention and your choices.
Business correspondence is kept only as long as it remains useful for the enquiry, an active engagement, record-keeping or legitimate business needs. You may ask what information is held about you, or request a correction or deletion where appropriate.
